Returns/Cancellations

Please choose carefully as Alannah Jayde Handmade does not accept returns or exchanges as all items are handmade-to-order in the colour, style and size of your choice.

Returns for an exchange will be granted if the item is deemed faulty or defective, given the item is returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the item, as defined in Australian Consumer Law. To initiate an exchange, please email alannahjaydehandmade@gmail.com. If your return is approved, all costs will be at the buyers expense.

Alannah Jayde Handmade reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges for such reasons as change of mind, wrong fit or not liking the style or colour choice.

We also do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed. 

All our items are handmade and so no two items are identical. There may be slight variations in size and pattern placement. All measurements are approximates. Photos are taken in natural lighting to best capture the true colour but will vary on different devices. Please consider this before purchasing.
